Type K thermocouple general purpose "bead" temperature probe.  3 FT length.  Insulation rated to 450°F.  Short term use to 500°F.  Works with most of our Thermocouple Thermometers.  For most air and liquid measurements.  Perfect for concrete cure monitoring.
