Shipping Information

Furniture & Large Freight Delivery:

  • Residential deliveries are curbside only — no inside or white glove delivery.

  • Have help ready to move furniture inside on delivery day.

  • Freight carriers deliver Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.

  • They will contact you ahead to schedule delivery; provide a good contact phone number.

  • Furniture is delivered to your driveway.

  • If you miss your delivery appointment, you may be charged extra for a redelivery.

  • Inspect all items carefully before signing.

    • If damaged, do NOT sign; contact Floorsupplies.net immediately at 1-561-320-7425 while the carrier is present.

    • If you can’t contact them, refuse delivery or note damages on the bill of lading.

  • Special delivery requests (like inaccessible addresses or ferry fees) should be communicated before ordering via sales@floorsupplies.net.

  • Furniture assembly is not included.


Shipping & Delivery Policy:

  • Ships throughout the US and internationally (Canada and some other countries).

  • Shipping charges calculated in the cart, vary by item weight, carrier, and destination.

  • International orders may have customs/brokerage fees.

  • Orders ship Monday–Friday, usually within 48 hours after payment.

  • Shipping transit times are estimates, not guaranteed.

  • Missing or defective items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

  • Carriers used: USPS, FedEx, UPS.

  • Risk of loss passes to customer once items are handed to carrier — customer files claims for lost/damaged shipments.


Backorder & Partial Shipping:


Cancellation Policy:

  • You have 30 minutes after order submission to cancel without penalty.

  • After 30 minutes, cancellations incur a 10% fee.

  • Once shipped, returns follow the Return Policy.

  • Refused deliveries incur a 20% restocking fee + customer pays return shipping.

  • Address errors causing returns incur fees and customer pays reshipment.

  • Bulk order cancellations depend on timing, may incur restocking fees and freight charges.


Return Policy:

  • Only new, original-packaged items are returnable.

  • 20% restocking fee applies to returns (excluding tax/freight).

  • Customer pays return shipping.

  • Returns must be resaleable with all original packaging.

  • No returns on “Closeout,” “Special Purchase,” “Limited Stock,” flooring nailers, vacuums, sanding equipment.

  • Defective items replaced/repaired per manufacturer warranty.

  • If the wrong product shipped, Floorsupplies.net provides prepaid return label.

  • Report damages immediately; do NOT refuse delivery without calling first.

  • Damaged goods are the carrier’s responsibility; keep damaged items until carrier inspects.


Additional Notes:

  • Orders take 5–7 business days processing before shipping.

  • Shipping transit times exclude weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery dates; no refunds if delayed.
