Return & Refund Policy

At Floor Supplies.net, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help—within the guidelines of our 30-day return policy.


📦 Standard Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, components, and documentation must be included.

  • You’ll need your order number and proof of purchase.

🔁 Note: Opened or used items cannot be returned.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or special orders

  • Tools, furniture, and home décor

  • Flooring nailers, vacuums, sanding machines, and equipment

  • Manufacturer warranty-covered items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards


💰 Return Fees & Restocking

For non-defective returns:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply

  • You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping

  • Missing parts/accessories may incur additional charges, determined at our sole discretion


🧾 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@floorsupplies.net with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address:

  3. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order once the original return is approved.


🛠 Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt—no justification required. Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging and documentation.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified if the refund is approved

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
