Warranties

Warranty Policy

All products are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defective materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective product, we will, at our discretion, either replace or repair it free of charge, provided the product is returned to us with transportation charges prepaid.

Alternatively, we reserve the right to issue a credit memo for the full value of the defective product, based on the purchaser’s net cost, instead of replacement or repair. Our liability under all warranties, expressed or implied, is limited solely to the replacement or repair of defective products.

This warranty does not cover faults resulting from normal wear and tear, damage, misuse, or abuse of the products.

Non-Returnable Products

Please note that all Home décor products, tools and equipment, clothing, and medical kits are non-returnable. These items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranties only.
