COVID-19 Prevention Policy

We hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy during this challenging time. Effective midnight March 31, Florida Governor DeSantis issued an Executive Order declaring a “temporary requirement to suspend activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life.” In response, Floorsupplies.net and its subsidiaries temporarily closed its facility in Palm Beach, Florida.

Floorsupplies and its subsidiaries sells products for several essential industries such as HVAC/R, building, MRO, home repair, among others. As the executive order allows, most of the “critical infrastructure workers” are still operating during the shutdown. In the effort to support the ongoing demand, today, Wednesday, April 1, we re-opened our facility in Palm Beach, FL in a limited capacity. Our intention is to continue to support your needs, while also adhering to the law and considering the common good.

We have instituted practices for preventing the spread of the virus. Some of these measures include: restricting the number of workers present on the premises to no more than necessary for critical infrastructure functions; promoting remote work as much as possible; keeping people at least six feet from one another; and increasing standards of facility cleaning and disinfection.

Because of our limited operations, we may be slower to ship and respond to your inquiries. But please be assured that all of us at Floorsupplies are dedicated to supporting you.

Please be advised that processing and shipping times on orders may be delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak. We are working extremely hard to avoid delays on our products. Ongoing demonstrations have led to service delays in locations across the Country. UPS, Fedex and USPS service continues and they are working hard to minimize delays. Our priority is the safety of our employees and our customers. As an essential service provider, we will continue to make every effort to deliver to all areas as conditions permit.
