Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: During checkout and I receive an error message stating: "InvoiceAccount called with invalid HTTP method." OR "Cart Empty" after I placed items in the cart.
A: This may occasionally happen on smartphones, computer tablets and/or browsers with blocked cookie settings. Simply click the standard back arrow button at the top of your browser a few times until you reach the page you desire (you may have to click it more than once). If that doesn't work, simply click the "View Cart" button again to continue your purchase. IMPORTANT: If you are still having difficulty, please ensure that your computer OR mobile browser's internet settings are set to: "Allow Cookies." If your browser is currently set to "Block All Cookies", then the data you enter in the cart will not submit properly. See individual browser troubleshooting information below:
