The 7-in., 10-in. and 12-in. models - both straight and duckbill blade pattern - are forged of high carbon steel to produce a tough, long-lasting cutting edge. The 14-inch Combination Pattern Models and the 16-inch Bulldog Pattern Models are forged of molybdenum alloy steel resulting in an even tougher, stronger cutting edge that will cut through thicker materials and multiple layers of material.
